Usage of the equipment: the device is a special products for drilling and dull deep gap of cylindrical workpieces. While unexciting, the oil supplied from the oil strain head get the metallic chips from the reducing area to the lantern and chip converyer in the CZPT of the headstock, and drilling adopt internal steel chips remving method (BTA strategy), the oil supplied from oil strain head remove the chips from the chopping area to the chips receiver in the again of the equipment by way of the innner hole of the drilling tube.
The mattress of the machine is rectangle quenched guide way which has large antiwear ability, the feed direct screw is mounted in the middle of the manual way. The clamp workpiece of the oil pressure head adopt servo motor so it is reputable and secure. The spindle of the oil pressure head has large concentricity with the spindle of the headstock. And the alter of the information bush is also hassle-free.
