CZPT Taper Lock Bush

The Taper Lock bush is a locking mechanism commonly employed in Energy Transmission Drives for finding pulleys,  sprockets,  and couplings to shafts. The Taper Lock bush is pre-bored and keyed to match the required shaft and keyway diameters.  The outside of the bush is tapered to match the component bore that is to be positioned on the shaft .
 
Ubet Taper bushes is produced from precision forged iron or carbon steel C45 with large top quality complete.  They are extensively utilised to in shape into Sheaves, Sprockets, Pins, V-belt Pulleys and Timing Pulleys .
